Interning at the Smithsonian means getting the chance to research subjects that can take you around the world! Haley Moen, a student at Brown University in Rhode Island, is currently a studio arts intern with The Smithsonian Associates (TSA).

As a Smithsonian intern, Haley followed her research to Puyo, Ecuador. In Puyo, she had the opportunity to do hands on research with their local pottery style and try out her own pottery skills with her master potter, Rosa Dahua.
