A Morning At The Planetarium

Posted on Jun 13, 2019 by in The OFI Blog |

The Albert Einstein Planetarium at the National Air and Space Museum (NASM) is a technical marvel. It is both an excellent planetarium and a incredibly unique movie theater experience with it’s panoramic screened dome. Throughout the day it hosts students and visitors alike showing awe inspiring presentations.

On Wednesday 6/12/19 Smithsonian Interns, as part of the Morning in the Museum series, were treated to an exclusive presentation here. SI interns were treated to an advance showing of Phantom of the Universe: The Search For Dark Matter as well as The Stars Tonight.

On behalf of all those who attended a large thank you is due to all those at NASM who made an event like this possible.
