The Smithsonian Institution (SI) in collaboration with the Leibniz Association and Fulbright Germany, is currently accepting applications for a new Transatlantic Seminar for Museum Curators and Educators. Hosted by SI, the seminar will take place November 4-7, 2019.

The four day program will open the doors for 12 German and 12 American professionals who are currently working in the museum field in order to explore museums as spaces for social discourse and learning. This will be achieved through hands-on professional development and discussions sharing individual experiences of museum work.

Applications are currently being accepted until July 31, 2019 and applicants will be notified of results at the beginning of September 2019.
